The Centre's Managing Director
ALDO GURGONE
Clinical Psychologist Aldo Gurgone is a well-known
Australian relationships therapist. He has been practising family
therapy since 1972. His experience and background in family therapy
spans work in Australia, the UK and Italy.
Aldo established the William Street
Family Therapy Centre in 1987 as a centre of excellence in family
and relationship therapy and professional training. William Street
Family Therapy Centre has built a strong reputation for both
therapy and training excellence. This is due in no small part
to our team of experienced and qualified family
therapists and trainers.
Aldo's vision involves providing the
best family and relationship therapy training and client services
available. As part of this he has recruited experienced training
staff (see below) who together with Aldo provide training and
assistance to a wide range of family therapy professionals

The Centre's Staff
The trainers offered by the Centre
are well-regarded for their hands-on approach complimented by their
application of best-practice methodologies. Each therapist has
graduated from the course and bring many years of experience and
knowledge to their roles.
ANNE HOLLOWAY
(B.A.; B.Soc
Wk) Anne has 23 years experience in Social Work, Counselling and
Family Therapy. She has also completed specialist Clinical
Training in Individual, Couple and Family Therapy at the William
Street Family Therapy Centre, and Supervision Training at the
Wasley Institute. She has lectured and supervised Social Work
graduates from Edith Cowan University, Bunbury Campus. She
established her Private Practice in Bunbury in 1994, and is also
part-time Senior Mental Health Therapist at the Acute Psychiatric
Unit at the South West Regional Health Campus.
STEVE LIONELLO
M.Soc.Sc.
(counselling) Steve provides training and supervision in couples
and family therapy and maintains a private practice at William St
Family Therapy Centre. Over the past twenty years practicing in
Perth, Steve has worked extensively with couples and families,
addiction, domestic violence and trauma. Steve is a warm and lively
trainer especially interested in forming a good therapeutic
relationship, and the interplay of emotions and repeating patterns
within family systems.
ROSEMARY WATKINS

Member of the Psychotherapists & Counsellor's Association of
WA (PACAWA) & MPACFA Reg. Rosemary has worked as a
counsellor & psychotherapist with individuals, couples and
families for many years. She holds a Masters Degree in Human
Services (Counselling) and has extensive training in
Couple and Family Therapy. She has designed, written and
facilitated training courses and workshops for professionals and
also provides individual and small group clinical supervision. A
main focus of her work is in the area of Loss and Grief
in addition to a strong focus on couples' therapy and relationship
enhancement. Rosemary currently works in Private Practice and is
the current President of PACAWA.
